Overview

At Apex Bowling Apparel, every item is made-to-order using a print-on-demand process. This allows us to create custom bowling apparel designed specifically for you.


Because each product is produced individually, our return and refund policy is limited and outlined below.


1. Made-to-Order Items

All products are custom printed once an order is placed.


For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:


Incorrect size selection


Buyer’s remorse or change of mind


Color differences due to screen display


Ordering mistakes made by the customer


Please review sizing charts carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously at Apex Bowling Apparel.


If you receive an item that is:


Misprinted


Damaged


Defective


Or incorrect


We will provide a free replacement or refund.


To request support:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:


Your order number


Clear photos of the issue


A brief description of the problem


Once reviewed, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


3. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.


We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the status of your package.


Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not automatically eligible for refund


Additional proof of non-receipt may be required


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.


Apex Bowling Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


If an order is returned due to an address issue:


The customer is responsible for reshipping costs


Refunds will not be issued for address errors


5. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly for production.


You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.


After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or changed.


6. Refunds

If your request is approved:


Refunds will be issued to your original payment method


Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
